What forms of payment do you accept?
Rookie Kids currently accepts credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We accept credit cards with an international billing address, but only ship within the United States as outlined below. We also accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo.
Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
At this time orders may only be shipped to the continental United States.

Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.
How do I change the shipping address?
Please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at 800-325-9885 if you need to change the shipping address on your order. Due to security reasons, we cannot change addresses over email. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after order placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us with your Order ID and the items you wish to cancel. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after order placement and it will not always be possible to cancel the order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and links to track your order. If you have an account, you can log in to your account and track your order from your order history list.
Why was the item in my shopping cart no longer available at checkout?
The selection on our site is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item, and you must complete the checkout process to secure an item.
Are you authorized to sell the brands you advertise on your site?
Yes, Rookie Kids is an authorized online retailer of all brands sold on the site, and we only sell original merchandise.
When placing an order, I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check that all requested information, including your name, billing address, and payment information is correct. If the information is correct, sometimes your financial institution may place a temporary security hold on your card to ensure it is really you trying to make the purchase, and we recommend you call your credit card provider or bank for assistance.
Do you have a guest checkout?
Yes.
Does Rookie Kids sell gift cards?
No, not at this time.
Are there any exclusions for sales, coupons, and promotions?
Rookie Kids sales, coupons and promotions are valid online at RookieKids.com. Offers are valid for a limited time. Promotions are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to gift cards, previous purchases, shipping costs or taxes. Codes may not be combined with certain other offers or discounts and other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
