Payment Methods, Coupons, and Promotions

Rookie Kids currently accepts credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We accept credit cards with an international billing address, but only ship within the continental United States. We also accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo.

No, not at this time. Gift cards are only distributed for returns when the initial form of payment is not accessible.

Rookie Kids sales, coupons and promotions are valid online at RookieKids.com. Offers are valid for a limited time. Promotions are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Coupon offers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to gift cards, previous purchases, shipping costs or taxes. Coupon offers may not be combined with certain other offers or discounts and other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

Orders, Shipping, Returns


Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.

Please double check that all requested information, including your name, billing address, and payment information is correct. If the information is correct, sometimes your financial institution may place a temporary security hold on your card to confirm your identity, and we recommend you call your credit card provider or bank for assistance.

Please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at 1-800-325-9885 if you need to change the shipping address on your order. Due to security reasons, we cannot change addresses over email. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after order placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address.

Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and links to track your order. If you have an account, you can log in to your account and track your order from your order history list.
